The Divemaster course is your first professional step in recreational scuba diving. You move beyond being a capable diver and learn how to supervise activities, support student divers, guide certified divers and help a dive operation run safely and smoothly.
Our program is personal and practical. You train alongside an experienced instructor in Bayahibe, develop demonstration-quality skills and gain real experience with planning, briefings, equipment, guests and the daily work behind successful dive trips.

Plan your professional training properly
To begin, you must be at least 18, hold Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver certifications or qualifying equivalents, have current CPR and first-aid training completed within the previous 24 months and have at least 40 logged dives.
You also need physician-signed medical clearance completed within the previous 12 months. At least 60 logged dives and successful completion of all knowledge, skill, workshop and practical-assessment requirements are needed for certification.
Price is on request. Your quotation reflects your current experience, dives still needed, training schedule, equipment, transport and any additional courses required before or during the program.
Because Divemaster training normally includes repeated diving over multiple days, plan at least 18 hours between your final dive and flying. We recommend keeping your departure day completely free of diving.
Plan your professional training with confidence
It is the first professional level in recreational scuba training. You develop leadership, supervision, demonstration-quality skills and the ability to assist instructors and guide certified divers.
Price is on request. The quotation depends on your current certifications, number of logged dives, available training time, equipment and transport needs, and whether you need extra dives or prerequisite training.

Yes. Under direct supervision and within training standards, practical assessments give you experience supporting student divers, continuing-education activities and certified-diver groups.
Professional candidates should become comfortable with their own equipment. Tell us what you already own and what you need; equipment, tanks, transport and logistics are confirmed individually in your quotation.
After multiple dives or multiple days of diving, plan at least 18 hours between the final dive and flying. More time adds conservatism, and your departure day should stay free of diving.
