Two signature Caribbean dives

Catalina Island full-day dive trip

Travel from Punta Cana or Bávaro to Bayahibe and continue by boat across the Caribbean Sea to Catalina Island. This full-day trip combines two of the island's best-known dive sites—The Wall and Aquarium Reef—with lunch and relaxed beach time on the island.

The Wall is normally our first dive and Aquarium Reef the second. Every dive profile is adjusted to the certification, recent experience and comfort of the group, so you can enjoy Catalina at a relaxed pace.

  • Available every Tuesday and Saturday
  • Two dives with a maximum of four divers per instructor
  • Standard equipment and island lunch included

A wall, a reef and Caribbean marine life

The Catalina Island dive experience

Catalina Island is known for its clear Caribbean water, coral-covered wall and colourful shallow reef. Below is a short overview of the two dives and the small-group experience you can expect during the day.

The Wall

Catalina's famous wall begins in shallower water and drops into the deep blue Caribbean Sea. Coral formations, sponges and open-water views make it an impressive first dive, with the route adapted to the group's level.

Aquarium Reef

Our usual second dive is a relaxed reef with good natural light, coral gardens, tube sponges and tropical fish. Its gentler profile gives you time to slow down and enjoy the small details.

Caribbean Reef Life

Look closely around the corals and sponges for tropical reef fish and smaller marine life. Every dive is different, and wildlife sightings are always natural rather than guaranteed.

Personal Small-Group Diving

We keep a maximum of four divers per instructor. This gives us time for a proper briefing, a comfortable pace and personal attention above and below the surface.

The Wall and Aquarium Reef are our normal Catalina Island dives. The final route and depth always depend on certification, recent experience, sea conditions and the group.
