Yes. For certification courses, online learning can normally be activated after your course deposit so you can complete most theory before arriving.
Discover Scuba Diving and Junior Open Water training can begin from age 10. Junior depth limits and supervision rules apply: children under 12 stay within 12 metres, and ages 12–15 stay within 18 metres.
